Dynamically colored Ruhr.pm logo for use with CSS

This is intended to allow dynamic change of the website's colors, i.e. colors depending on the website's section the user surfs or selecting a random CSS on every access. It is slooooooow at the moment as the image is currently generated on access from an SVG template. Final version will cache the images on disk.
